Who operates this
Dieta e Treino (dietaetreino.erbsu.com) is operated by Erbsu. By using the service, you accept these terms.
The service
Dieta e Treino offers meal and workout logging via Telegram (agents Ana and Renan) and an on-demand web dashboard. Calories and macros are estimates and are not medical, nutritional, or training advice.
Account and trial
When you start on Telegram you get 14 days of free trial with no card. After that, continued use requires a subscription ($9/month or $89/year, unless a current offer is shown on the page). The operator may suspend access in case of abuse.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the bot for illegal content, harassment, or to expose third-party data without consent. In groups, each member controls what they share in the ranking.
Availability
The service depends on Telegram, AI providers, and cloud infrastructure. We may interrupt or change features with reasonable notice when possible.
