Who operates this

Dieta e Treino (dietaetreino.erbsu.com) is operated by Erbsu. For requests about personal data: message Ana on Telegram or use the support form.

What we store

• Telegram: id, name, and the messages/logs you send (meals, workouts, audio/photo when applicable).
• Dashboard: macro summary, last 70 days, progress photos (yours only), and in Group, active days for people who opted in (without other people’s meal text).
• Subscription (if any): Stripe identifiers and trial/plan status.
• Messages sent through the support form.
• Site traffic and usage metrics (pages visited), via Google Analytics and the OpenAI Ads Manager pixel.

What we use it for

Logging food and workouts, estimating macros, opening the dashboard on demand, storing private progress photos, running Group with consent, billing subscriptions, answering support, and improving the product. Macro estimates do not replace medical or nutrition advice.

Who processes data

• Supabase: database and dashboard authentication.
• Telegram: message delivery.
• AI provider (Google) to interpret text/photo/audio.
• Stripe: payments, when applicable.
• Google Analytics: site traffic and usage metrics.
• OpenAI Ads Manager: measurement pixel (pages visited and Telegram click).
• Web3Forms: support form forwarding.
• Cloud hosting for the site and automations.

Essential session cookies for the dashboard. We also use Google Analytics cookies and the OpenAI Ads Manager pixel to measure traffic and acquisition clicks. Blocking cookies may affect dashboard sign-in.

Your rights

You can request export or account deletion via chat with Ana (clear diary / delete account flows) or through support. Dashboard links expire; don’t share the magic link.
